Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai to attend as chief guest<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Raipur, August 1, 2026\/ A state-level workshop on “Strengthening Digital Justice through the New Criminal Laws” will be held in Raipur on August 2 to promote the use of digital technologies in the justice delivery system and support the effective implementation of the new criminal laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai will attend the workshop as the chief guest. The event will focus on making judicial processes faster, more transparent and citizen-friendly through technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The discussions will cover the Interoperable Criminal Justice System (ICJS), the Crime and Criminal Tracking Network and Systems (CCTNS), digital judicial coordination, and technology integration under the new criminal laws. Senior experts from the National Informatics Centre (NIC) and the National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) will conduct technical sessions and presentations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The workshop will bring together judicial officers, senior police officials and prosecution authorities from across the state to strengthen coordination among the three institutions and advance the digitisation of the criminal justice system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The programme will be presided over by the Chief Justice of the Chhattisgarh High Court, Justice Shri Ramesh Sinha. Deputy Chief Minister and Home Minister Shri Vijay Sharma, Law and Legislative Affairs Minister Shri Gajendra Yadav, Justice Shri Chandravanshi, and other judges of the Chhattisgarh High Court will also attend the programme.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
